Last Sunday, Spack was present at Ekotown, the organic food festival of Ekoplaza. The event took place on the beautiful Landgoed Heerlijkheid Mariënwaerdt estate in Beesd, where the organic supply chain took centre stage for one day.
Ekotown brings together farmers, growers, producers, suppliers, shopkeepers and consumers. With more than 180 organic food suppliers, there was plenty of scope to discover new products, hear stories from the supply chain and, of course, taste a lot. Alongside the many food stands, there were cooking demonstrations, inspiring speakers, music and activities for all ages.
Spack was also in attendance. We stood at the Proefplaza, where visitors could get acquainted with Ekoplaza's range of organic oils. Consumers were able to view our oils and taste various types. A great opportunity to show how much difference there can be between oils and to introduce visitors to Ekoplaza's organic oils.
We spoke to a tremendous number of wonderful and enthusiastic visitors and had some great conversations. The relaxed atmosphere, the beautiful estate and all the enthusiastic participants made Ekotown a successful event.
We therefore look back with great pleasure on a successful day. We had a super time and thought it was wonderful to be able to present our oils directly to consumers in this way!
