MCT oil is extracted from fractionated coconut oil. The difference with the 60/40 variant is that the MCT C8 oil consists of 100% C8 (Caprylic acid), in the 60/40 variant the MCT Oil consists of 60% C8 (Caprylic acid) and 40% C10 (Capric acid)
